The pitch system: cinematic decks on a production line
Eleven tailored presentations from one base · 2026 · Brand Systems · Campaigns & Content · Web development

The problem
TRC pitches restaurants with full cinematic web presentations rather than PDF decks: scroll-driven, image-led, built like a small website with view tracking behind it.
Making one of those is easy to justify. Making one for every prospective restaurant, as a studio of one, needed a system.
The approach
We built a base deck as a real product: typography, motion, section architecture, and tracking solved once, to a standard worth reusing.
Then we built the production line around it: a script clones the base, swaps identity and copy structure per restaurant, and registers the tracked link automatically. Tailoring time goes into the thinking, not the scaffolding.
Every deck reports opens and time spent, so follow-up is driven by real reading behavior instead of guessing.
What was built
- Reusable cinematic deck architecture
- Cloning + tailoring script with per-restaurant configuration
- Tracked links with per-visit duration reporting
- Eleven tailored presentations across seven cuisine styles
Where it leads
The same system now anchors how we would build campaign and private-dining tools for a client group: solve the standard once, then make every location or launch a fast, consistent variation instead of a new project.
More studio projects: Before and after: reframing the breakfast shot · The staff tool concept: training that lives in the apron pocket
