About
Built by people who know the floor.
Nearly 20 years inside hospitality groups. Menus, websites, campaigns, training, and ops tools for concepts from breakfast counters to dinner rooms. TRC is a new studio. The standard is not.
Before starting the studio, I worked almost every position inside restaurants, then spent 10 years leading marketing and branding for 13 restaurants at OG Hospitality Group. That is prior career work, not a TRC client roster.
That experience shaped how we think about restaurant creative. The work has to make sense at the table, on the website, in the kitchen, with the team, and across the guest experience.
We build guest-facing creative that fills seats and back-of-house systems that keep service moving. Websites, menu systems, staff training, operations hubs, private dining, campaigns, and brand work, built to connect instead of piling up as separate projects.
Restaurants are connected systems. The creative should be too.
A restaurant is not just a dining room, a website, a menu, a social post, or a training binder. Menus affect staff training. Staff training affects service. The website affects ordering, private dining, and first impressions.
Everything we build has to survive a Friday night.
Not how it looks in a case study, but how it holds up mid-rush, short-staffed, ticket times climbing. Public-facing creative that gets people talking and operational systems that keep the floor moving.
