ProductsRecipe cards
Recipe cards your line will actually use.
Photos, specs, portions, plating, and allergens on a tablet at every station. In English and Spanish. Change a recipe once and every location has it.
Built around how your team already works.
Every build starts from your real lists, recipes, and standards. These are the usual starting points.
Photo of the finished plate
The line sees what it should look like, not just a list of grams.
English and Spanish
One tap switches the whole card. No second binder to keep in sync.
Portions and yields
Scale a batch recipe up or down without doing the math on a ticket.
Allergens on every card
Servers and cooks see the same allergen info, pulled from the same recipe.
Station views
Grill sees grill. Pantry sees pantry. Nobody scrolls through 200 items.
Change log
When a spec changes, the team sees what changed and when.
Who uses it, and when.
A new cook on day one
Builds the burger right the first time from the photo and the spec.
The chef changing a sauce
Updates one card and every store is cooking the new version that night.
A server with an allergy question
Checks the dish on the same source the kitchen uses.
Built by an operator. Brad spent 10 years building the systems behind a 13-location St. Louis hospitality group: recipe cards, allergy guides, menu systems, and training. He led the group's move to Toast across POS, KDS, reporting, online ordering, and tipping.
Recipe cards questions
Do you write the recipes?
No. You bring the recipes. We build the cards, load them, and set up the photos and translations.
What do the cooks use?
Usually a tablet mounted at the station. It also works on any phone.
Do I have to replace my POS system?
No. Whatever POS system you run stays exactly where it is. We build your ops tools to work alongside it.
Who owns it?
You do. It is built for your restaurant, with your recipes, your checklists, and your name on it.
What does it cost?
Every build is scoped to what you need. Tell us about your restaurant and we will send a clear quote.
Add the next tool when you are ready.

The binder, the clipboard, the group text. Whatever it is, we will come back with a custom build idea. We aim to reply within one business day.
