ProductsPrep lists and pars
Prep lists that tell the kitchen exactly what to make.
Par sheets by day of the week and by station. The opening cook counts what is on hand and the list shows what to prep. Less waste, fewer 86s.
Built around how your team already works.
Every build starts from your real lists, recipes, and standards. These are the usual starting points.
Pars by day
Friday is not Tuesday. Pars change with the day of the week.
On-hand counts
Count what is there and the list shows what is left to make.
By station
Each station gets its own prep list, in the order it should be done.
Linked to recipe cards
Tap a prep item to see the recipe and the yield.
Waste notes
Log what got tossed so pars can get tighter over time.
Easy par changes
The kitchen manager updates a par in seconds when the menu or season changes.
Who uses it, and when.
The opening prep cook
Counts, gets the list, and starts working. No waiting on the chef.
A busy Saturday
Pars are already higher, so the line does not run out at 8pm.
The kitchen manager
Sees what is getting wasted and pulls the par down.
Built by an operator. Brad spent 10 years building the systems behind a 13-location St. Louis hospitality group: recipe cards, allergy guides, menu systems, and training. He led the group's move to Toast across POS, KDS, reporting, online ordering, and tipping.
Prep lists and pars questions
Can it use our sales data?
We start with pars you set. If you want, we can look at using sales data from your POS system to suggest them.
Does it work with the recipe cards?
Yes. Prep items can link straight to their recipe card.
Do I have to replace my POS system?
No. Whatever POS system you run stays exactly where it is. We build your ops tools to work alongside it.
Who owns it?
You do. It is built for your restaurant, with your recipes, your checklists, and your name on it.
What does it cost?
Every build is scoped to what you need. Tell us about your restaurant and we will send a clear quote.
Add the next tool when you are ready.
